Anfitrión muy amable, disponible y atento. Le faltó entregar el mando del parking el día del check-in y enseguida nos los trajo de manera rápida. Muy atento a cualquier petición. Plaza de parking en el mismo edificio interior, amplias, y acceso a piscina. El apartamento muy espacioso y bien ubicado, cerca de muchos supermercados y restaurantes en la misma calle. A unos 10 minutos de la playa, ideal para no tener que coger el coche para ir.

Bastante bien en general.Aparcar comodo,limpio,bien ubicado.Mary la persona qué nos recibio muy amable ,nos esperó en la puerta ,nos trato muy bien.
Todo conforme.Casi todas las vacaciónes lo pasamos en Benidorm,en el Rincon de Loix.Buen ambiente,buena playa,buen trato.La unica queja es qué los aseos publicos de la playa estaban casi siempre cerrados.

It is comfortable and clean and good value for money. The bed is comfy, which is one of the reasons we booked. The host was very pleasant and met us at the apartment. Good instruction given upon leaving too. Small kitchenette which was adequate for what we needed as we only had breakfast there, but a kettle would have been nice! Overall it is a suitable property for a short stay.
There are cameras in the apartment which was concerning. Not sure if they were active or what they were there for. Very odd to see and somewhat off putting.

"The apartment location was ideal, 5 min walk to the strip. The decor was lovely, and very clean. Was given a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift, sadly we don't drink red wine but was a lovely gestur..."
