Location is perfect! Just couple steps away from piazza Duomo, so it's easy to take a metro/train or go to boat port for going to trips near of Naples (Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia) or just walk around street of Naples to the center.
The grocery store is also just around the corner which is nice place to pick some breakfast to the apartment. Also Tabacceria and coffee place are near.
The staff of the Apartment Maison Pochet was very friendly and helpful during the hole trip (before and during), and they were easy to take contact.

Pulizia buona.
Ottima cura dei dettagli ( nell'appartamento c'è tutto ma proprio tutto).
Disponiblità dei gestori che abbiamo dovuto contattare per un problemino con la caldaia e ci hanno prontamente risposto per la risoluzione del problema.
Un piccolo problemino dalla caldaia.
Non di facile utilizzo il piano cottura ad induzione (parere personale).

It was close to the centre, metro and marina and it was clean.
What i didn’t like was the hot water needed to be restarted. And that me and my friend were robbed while there.

The location was good because Metro was nearby but you could easily walk to the pier for ferry to Capri but also to historic centre and there are places to eat fairly close by. Also the ease of communication with hosts and they always tried to help with issues.
The lack of hot water. On our first night there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms and the other one was lukewarm to warm. On texting our hosts they told us how to reset the boiler but this only helped in one bathroom. They assessed the situation with a plumber the next day but it took 3 days for the spare part to arrive and be fixed. For these 4 days all 5 of us had to shower in one bathroom. The hosts were very apologetic and paid for our breakfast on one day at a little coffee shop across the street as a gesture of goodwill which was kind. Looking back at reviews I have seen others had similar problems with the shower so i don't know if it is something that isn't properly fixable.
