Was very clean and as advertised
The shower water spilling over, wetting half the floor before figuring out where to position yourself to prevent that from happening 😅

开车到frankston海边中心区域三分钟步行半小时；到shopping center五分钟，注意，这两个核心区域正停车场要收费，离开一点往麦当劳附近开就有免费2p区域（麦当劳后面有条小河，沿着河边小路散步到frankston beach中心桥那段不错，一边是海一边是河）；步行十分钟以内有个小公园不错，也算精致，有儿童设施烧烤炉等，可以休闲溜达着过去
在一片居民区里，房屋很新，厨卫设施配置都不错。无意中发现frankston去往东海岸flinders只要半小时，到mornington十五分钟，到sorrento也就三四十分钟，到亚瑟王座山上观景台半小时，是个交通汇集点，可北上可南下
设施：有洗碗机（配了洗碗块）、海尔洗衣机和烘干机（有洗衣粉）、烤箱，德龙磨豆咖啡机，也配了豆子；锅具齐全，有电饭煲，蒸锅
房主很贴心还送了香槟作为欢迎饮料！遗憾的是对于我们这种短住的，如果再有牛奶和锡箔纸、保鲜膜就更好了！

This property was in a great location for our needs.
The kitchen was set up nicely but could have had some microwave safe Pyrex dishes for cooking as well as some sharp knives (steak and preparation).
