The house was great with space and there was enough room for my family of 5 to get around without bumping to each other.
We ran into an issue with being locked out as the electronic keypad battery was dead and we had to go the emergency line and they let us get a key to get in and out. It was fixed for 24 hrs and that was with me calling them again. The carpet was then so when you walk into a room, you can fill the tacks. The pool was deeper than what we were told as the pool was 5’5” deep and we were told it was only 4ft deep. No big deal but wanted to point this out. Also the house carpet could use some cleaning. It was visually dirty. I know the house is ran off of a water pump but the hot water never really got hot if one person just had it running. The water pressure from the basic shower heads was not good. The connect game didn’t have the bottom piece so we couldn’t use it and one of the dining room chairs was broke when we arrived. There was still take and glitter on the walls I’m guessing from the last guest but cleaning people didn’t clean it up, for the price you pay for the cleaning fee that’s added in your rate it could’ve been better.
Overall a decent stay but for the price I was expecting a little better.
