Schitterend gelegen appartement, het uitzicht op zee (zeker vanuit bed) was grandioos. Jammergenoeg was het appartement niet echt goed onderhouden (kapotte vaatwasser, onbruikbare koekenpannen, beschadigingen, etc.), maar Conchi heeft haar best gedaan om dat op te lossen (nieuwe koekenpannen en afwasmiddel).
Matig onderhoud, badkamer beetje krap. Conchi spreekt alleen Spaans.
