Recomendo sem erro. Apto novo, móveis novos e necessários inclusos. Paredes internas pintadas e limpas. Fácil acesso. Anfitrião com boa comunicação e muito acessível. Limpeza tudo perfeito. Recomendo tranquilo para até 3 pessoas. Tudo necessários próximo a apto, bem central. Muito pouco precisei do veículo.
Não tive problemas. Tudo certo.

O lugar fica no centro, tendo vários locais interessantes para se divertir por perto. Bem confortável, arrumado e bonito, com toda certeza gostaria de ir de novo! Além disso, a anfitriã é incrível.

O prédio tem uma boa organização, a limpeza das áreas comuns é excelente, os funcionários da portaria são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O ar condicionado do apartamento funciona muito bem, assim como a lava e seca. A prioritária do imóvel é bastante simpática.
A limpeza do apartamento é péssima. A cama não estava arruma e o lençol de baixo estava furado. No banheiro havia restos de sabonete e embalagens usadas. Como se não bastasse tudo isso, no dia do check out fui surpreendida com uma mensagem da proprietária do imóvel informando de que deveria descer com o lixo. Nunca havia me acontecido tal situação, costumo me hospedar em apartamentos e nunca tive que tirar lixo, muito menos tive que arrumar a cama no dia do check in. Recomendo que revejam o serviço de limpeza.
