FOR THE PRICE I PAID, AVOID - LACK OF BASIC FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

The host was warm and welcoming and met us on arrival immediately. Helped us with car park location and direction and some F&B options nearby. The view from the room and balcony are stunning. Parking nearby.

1. No amenities or facilities in the kitchen - no tea/coffee no sugar/salt and not pots/pans that one could even cook some eggs or pasta. 2. Just four bath towels for 4 of us, no hand towels. 3. Loud music from the room next door, someone was playing trumpet late night - could not sleep. 4. Train track right next - so if you area light sleeper, not for you.

Not recommended

Nothing, the only thing to highlight is that the owner waited for us 2 hours past the check-in time. However, the check-in range is too low for the price that I paid.

Everything, it wasn't clean, the blankets and towels were dirty. In the entrance there was an unused bed and more stuff, it smelled very bad. I didn't see Portofino from my balcony. I didn't even have a fan and it was hot.

Dream location with Sea View

Dream location in Zoagli – magical view, peaceful vibe, and the host Andrea was exceptionally welcoming and kind. The beach right below was stunning, and with the train passing just a short walk beneath the house, we had easy access to explore places like Cinque Terre for day trips. 10/10!

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Daarnaast is de locatie vlakbij het treinstation en het dorp. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

De accommodatie is gedateerd. Je moet ziittend douchen in bad, de douchekop lekt. De badkamer en keuken waren niet schoon, alles in de keuken plakte. De bedden en de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Er is geen waterkoker of een nespresso

Zoagli bolgesinde tercih edilebilecek guzel bir ev.

Tertemiz, aile işletmesi, yardim sever ev sahipleri. Balkon olmasi cok guzel, manzara harika.

Yatakları konforlu degildi, dairede ara ara elektrik sorunu yasaniyordu o nedenle sicak su gidip geliyordu.

Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht!

Die Aussicht aufs Meer von fast jedem Zimmer und der Balkon sowie die Lage, 2 min. zum Meer bzw. zum Platz in Zoagli mit Restaurants und Supermarkt etc. sind unbeschreiblich! Einfach toll! Auch zum Zug, der an der Küste entlang fährt, sind es nur 2min. So können die umliegenden Orte sehr bequem erkundet werden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bietet für 4 Personen viel Platz. Der Vermieter war immer schnell erreichbar, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Straße leider in der Nacht sehr laut, wenn die Fenster aufgrund der Hitze offen bleiben. Wenn die Fenster zu sind, hört man jedoch kaum etwas. Die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. Bis zum nächsten Besuch würden wir uns eine größere Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Weingläser wünschen. 😀

Soggiorno al di la' delle aspettative, posti e mare stupendi.

Tre giorni davvero belli. Accoglienza e disponibilita' del gestore impeccabili. L 'appartamento è bellissimo ordinato e molto pulito. La vista del balcone da su Portofino e S.Margherita. Nessun problema per il parcheggio e dall'appartamento si arriva in spiaggia e al centro del paese in tre minuti. Anche la piccola stazione è vicinissima e permette gite nei paesi circostanti. Dal centro di Zoagli partono due passeggiate di dieci minuti appena sopra gli scogli davvero suggestive, mare splendido. Devo dire che l'esperienza è stata al di la delle aspettative.

Die Gastfreundliche und unkomplizierte Art von Andrea hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis für die Grösse der Wohnung,Ausstattung und Aussicht war sehr großzügig. Es hat alles notwendige in der Wohnung auch ist die Wohnung sauber, ein etwas größerer Bialetti Kaffeekocher wäre das Pünktchen auf dem „i“ :) Top!!

Molto bene

Siccome vorrei fare le mie ferie estive a Zoagli sono andato per rendermi conto di persona. Zoagli è graziosa, il centro cittadino una vera chicca con quelle due passeggiate. Per andare in centro non è necessaria la macchina e si scende a piedi in pochi minuti. Per il check in mi sono attenuto alle istruzioni ricevute nei giorni prima e tutto è andato bene; avevo anche avvertito sin dal mattino che sarei arrivato un dopo le 18:00 e non ci sono stati problemi.

Il centro di Zoagli è molto carino, raggiungibile tramite percorso pedonale in 1 minuto. L'appartamento è accogliente e precisamente come mostrato nelle foto. Host è stato cordiale e disponibile. Ho trovato parcheggio pubblico gratuito sulla piazza della stazione che dista 250 metri dall'appartamento.

LE PASSEGGIATE A MARE SONO BELLISSIME

Il palazzo, dove si trova l'appartamento, è in stile genovese dipinto in colori locali. L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile per fornire le informazioni richieste. Ho lasciato la macchina in parcheggio pubblico poco distante.

Nulla, vorrei tornare a Zoagli questa estate con i miei bambini al mare.
