Stan odgovara opisu i fotografijama - lijepo je uređen i vidi se da je skoro renoviran, što ostavlja jako dobar prvi utisak.
Iskustvo sa domaćinom nije bilo na očekivanom nivou. Prema dogovoru, trebalo je da se javimo sat vremena prije dolaska, što smo i uradili, ali nismo dobili odgovor. Po dolasku smo čekali oko sat i 20 minuta da domaćin dođe, što je bilo prilično neprijatno. Takođe, prilikom ulaska domaćin je tek tada mijenjao posteljinu, što je ostavilo utisak da stan nije bio pripremljen na vrijeme. U stanu su nedostajale osnovne stvari poput sapuna za ruke, a frižider je bio pun hrane od prethodnih gostiju, što je dodatno uticalo na osjećaj čistoće. Dodatno, za jednu osobu je naplaćeno 30% više, što nije bilo jasno navedeno u opisu smještaja.
