The house is very spacious and in a peaceful location, no traffic noises, away from the busy streets of the city centre. Great to have access to the private parking lot. I loved the balcony with sunrise and sea view. Easy access to the 4th floor by elevator. Stefano's was very welcoming and ready to support if needed. We will definitely come back next time we happen to stay in Siracuse.

Bellissimo appartamento ampio e luminoso con vista, fornito di parcheggio gratuito e ascensore. Le camere sono luminose e grandi, camera da letto, salone con divano letto, bagno e cucina attrezzata anche con macchinetta del caffè e cialde

L'appartamento è grande e spazioso. Pulito e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Si può parcheggiare facilmente sotto casa. Abbastanza vicino al centro anche se è preferibile avere una macchina per gli spostamenti.
La tapparella della camera da letto non si chiude bene e filtra la luce.
