Great location and very comfortable simple check in and very accommodating host

The place is just beautiful with such a nice out look over the marina and so close to everything, it was absolutely perfect, made a great week end

Not that I didn’t like it but just a suggestion a pedestal fan would be perfect to have in the room just for some air flow with out having ac on. One thing I didn’t like, we got in a bit of a pickle and misplaced a room key, I rang the number on the front desk that said to ring if you couldn’t get it, didn’t get a name, but he was extremely rude when he answered saying “it’s (name) and straight away t said thanks for ringing me on my day off” I thought this was extremely rude, I rang the number that was supplied, I have no idea of this staff members shift hours, rude, unhelpful and felt if that’s the way this person talks to guests, he is not, in my opinion good for the Accommodation at Harbor view . It was the only let down and that attitude towards guest staying is look a good look for the company, but Gordon the owner was so helpful, understanding and great at communication with us from start to finish

Position

It was booked as an apartment but it’s just a hotel room really, apartments usually have a sink (not bathroom basin)

For 1 night would of been great but 7 nights it was way to small. I thought being an apartment it would have had a kitchenette/ Laundry access. Shower - water escaped out of the shower, trying to soak up water with towels to prevent it running onto the carpet. No where for suitcases
