Ease of check-in/out, pool&sauna, washing machine and dryer, location was close enough to cbd (15-20 min walk) but very close to theatre, k-road and a cityhop for going further afield. It was a quiet street.
Worth knowing the sauna run hours changed so only 2-8pm; no problem for me but good to know. Dishwasher was hard to open/close and judged not unable so I reported that - not too much of a bother to handwash.
