That every bedroom has its own bathroom. The space is absolutely perfect for large groups or families! The main area is inviting and a great place to gather but also is spacious enough to have your own space if needed!!

Sooo much room for my kids and grandkids to spread out. The elevator was very helpful to the 3rd floor. A bathroom for each bedroom was such a bonus. A grill, fun shipping container pool, even a 6-seater golf cart added to the fun. There was never a dull moment. The kids especially enjoyed the double/double bunk bed room on the second floor.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family! The pool and hot tub were great, the game room for everyone of all ages, and the theater room was amazing! King Beds and private bathrooms in 7 of the bedrooms with the 8th room serving as the bunk room for the kids was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable! The dual refrigerators and built in pantry made preparing meals a breeze and the wrap around porches, outdoor grill, firepit, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating for 12, helped in providing a perfect place to make great memories! We have reserved several types of homes on our many trips to Florida, but this one has topped them all. However, despite all the amenities that the home had, it would not have been the same with any other hosts. Justin and his brother did everything possible to ensure that we had everything that we needed! Meg, Justin's wife, did a phenomenal job decorating this home. A++++ service. Highly recommend!!!
