Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Betten waren bezogen und es lagen ausreichend Handtücher bereit. Ruhige Umgebung und in fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit in die Stadt (ca. 30min).
Insgesamt wirkt es noch nicht "fertig". Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch. Wünschenswert wäre eine kleine Info-Broschüre mit Informationen zum WLAN-Code, Mülltrennung und -entsorgung etc. Mehr Geschirr wäre toll, außerdem fehlt es in der Küche an Schere, Schneidebrett, Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher. Der Akkustaubsauger hält für 2 Minuten, bevor er ausgeht, die Dunstabzugshaube geht nicht, das Licht im Kühlschrank ist defekt. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von über 100,-€/Nacht sollte eine Ferienwohnung schon in Ordnung gehalten werden können.
