Clean room, peaceful atmosphere, and polite staff. Check-in was smooth, and the stay was comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Before booking, I read many reviews. Some people mentioned that the staff was not helpful, there was no iron available, and there was no coffee setup. Because of those comments, I was a little hesitant at first. However, after staying here, I can honestly say that my experience was completely different. I booked through Travel Tee and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The entire property was neat, organized, and felt very welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They listened carefully and tried to resolve any issue immediately. At first, I was confused because the room photo shown during booking looked different from the room I received. The staff politely explained that the booking platform displays photos from different room categories, such as Master Rooms, Family Rooms, and Single Rooms. The room I originally wanted had been occupied about 30 minutes before my arrival, but the alternative room they provided was also excellent and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was included in my stay and was very good. There was also a coffee and green tea setup available. I personally enjoyed making my own tea, trying different flavors, and it added a nice personal touch to my stay. Regarding the iron service, I learned that irons were previously provided in guest rooms, but some guests accidentally damaged mattresses and furniture. To protect the property, the management now offers a pressing service. You simply hand over your clothes, and they return them neatly pressed within a short time, which is actually a very convenient system. In my opinion, some people expect five-star luxury at a very low price, which is not always realistic. Considering the cleanliness, comfort, service, and facilities offered here, the rates are very reasonable and provide excellent value for money.

Over all it was nice experience except few staff were very non professional they were are not aware of how deal with customers and specially customer came through booking.com.

Good facilities nice and clean however few issues

Ac is not good enough cooling is not great it’s like a cooler / fan doesn’t cool the room enough also I the toilet there are loadz of mosquitoes/ flies and very hard to get rid off
