Beautiful apartment
Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Cleveland
Host was really easy to work with
Very affordable compared to hotels and other airbnbs in the area
Overall would 100% book again
Nothing that was under the hosts control. Building just had some maintenance issues. Main elevator was down and front doors to building occasionally got stuck but thats it.

I like the location of the property and I love that you can go on the rooftop and that there’s a pool and gym
We have stayed in this building a few times and each time it’s a similar issue with using the keypads to get in and out has been an issue. Probably just user error lol. Another thing is that the front elevators went out over the weekend so we had to use the stairs a lot luckily we were on the third floor.

I liked location. Unit was super clean.
Took an hour to get in unit. Was not as described on booking.com. We paid for two bedroom and got a totally different unit and they would not give any kind of refund. Some of outlets in kitchen didn't work. Said shampoo and conditioner was provided but it was dandruff shampoo and conditioner was empty. Not enough toilet paper. Thermostat did not work and would not cool unit.
