Good value, comfortable rooms, new modern build. Out of Queenstown but area had a great Cafe 5 minutes walk away.
A bit out of Queenstown, but we knew that, and off road parking a bit tricky to find a space. An extra lounge comfy chair would have been a bonus as there were 4 in our group.

The property is well presentable and clean.
The location of the unit is behind the main house, nothing explains where to find it.
There is no carpark allocated to the guest, the host told us when we arrived, we have to find our own parking, which is impossible to find nearby.
Looks like there was a car show happening on the entire street, because of so many cars parked on both sides of the street, causing traffic congestion in a residential area.
