Arabella Luxe Near Waterfront Mall - Karen

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Karen. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful area near The Waterfront Karen, which made it very easy to find and convenient to access nearby amenities. The host, Jacquie, was incredibly gracious and thoughtful. She sent us the location pin in advance, which was very helpful. We also had a last-minute flight change and ended up arriving a day earlier than planned. After contacting Jacquie, she quickly made arrangements for us without any hassle. She was very responsive, accommodating, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The room was exactly as advertised — extremely spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The property also felt very secure and safe throughout our visit, which gave us great peace of mind. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation and the excellent hospitality we received. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Great location, quiet and convinient environment

Arabella / Ricada is located in a nice quiet area of Karen - Nairobi at walking distance from the Waterfront mall - which in itself is also not the most hectic of malls but has a lot of stores and a few restaurants, including a Naivas. The house is located in a secured area, amongst other similar houses and building. It has all the amenities you will probably need and it's a bit secluded from the regular hustle and bustle. The host is communicative and helpful, wifi is fine, the house is spacious, has all the cooking, cutlery, clean water, microwave, stove, hot shower and washing machine available. A few of the items are perhaps getting a bit older for Nairobi standards, but everything works as it should. Excellent value for money and lovely location to stay!

For the duration of my stay, it was not cleaned , the bed, towels were never cleaned
