It is a well looked after venue.... great location and great value for money! The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The venue was accommodating to my special request. I got a WhatsApp message after I checked in which was a very nice and special touch.
I did not have any hot water.... I guess they have solar powered geyers (or is it gas?) and I didnt get the proper instructions on how to use on check-in. On a VERY COLD winter morning, I found myself standing under freezing cold water. The owner & management were very apologetic and owned up to their shortcomings which was appreciated.

Super friendly staff always willing to help - especially Ivy. She is the best 🙂
Lack of convenient in-room amenities such as accessible water and drinks like most hotels/BNBs offer. Drinks were only available through the bar area and cash payment was required. The room also lacked practical features such as a luggage stand, sufficient hangers and a study/work table. The shower design was also inconvenient as it was difficult to run warm water before stepping inside without getting sprayed by cold water first. In addition, the room freshener scent was too strong and unpleasant for my liking.

Location easy to reach
Room need improvement example fridge and microwave no plug ..1 glass 1 cup 1 teaspoon but we were in 2 a couple . Need improvement
