Location and comfort

I was not able to open the window on the gourmet space. When the airco was on, the gourmet space was incredibly hot. therefore we did not use that place.

O Studio é muito bonito, bem decorado, bem localizado, a roupa de cama é boa, havia mais duas cobertinhas no guarda roupa, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, cafeteira de cápsula... Não utilizei as áreas de lazer, mas fui conhecer e são muito boas. Gostamos muito. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes.

O registro do chuveiro está espanado, as vezes dá um pouco de trabalho pra abrir. E o secador é pequeno e fraco, pra quem tem cabelo comprido é bem difícil secar.

On the positive side, the apartment is nicely decorated, spacious, and in a very convenient location.

Points to consider The faucet was dripping. While the parking space is large, the garage on the -1 level is less convenient than the mezzanine and requires extra care with the columns. It was also not clear which gate to use to access the correct garage, I initially positioned the car to the mezzanine by mistake, which caused some disruption in traffic. Clearer instructions from the host would have helped avoid this. Communication with the host could be improved; I requested deletion of my personal data (passport details) after registration but did not receive a response. I also had difficulty accessing the entry code due to an internet connection issue, and my calls were not answered at the time. I was eventually able to resolve it and check in. The air conditioning unit made some unusual noise. There was some noise from neighboring units, it did not bother me much, but light sleepers may want to consider using earplugs.
