Super convenient location. Family mart just around the corner and close to kintetsu, JR and subway lines. 30 minutes or less to everywhere including Nara. Great amenities and very responsive, caring host. A lot to offer in a small package! The land it’s on is tiny, but the bedrooms are spacious, and the bottom floor packs in lounge/dining/kitchen/bath/laundry/toilet in a very economical configuration. Everything feels very new with plenty of thoughtful touches and technology to make life easier. 😊 Family mart can forward luggage for you too.
I have no complaints! We had a great stay.

It’s a really cool place with the Coke theme, and the place is very new so everything feels fresh and clean. It has everything we needed and it’s close to the train station
The stairs are a little steep, but we expected this. We also couldn’t find a guest book, so didn’t have instructions for things like the extraction fan in the shower etc.. but nothing was really any problem

Muy buena relacion calidad precio, la casa tiene un poco de todo para cocinar, el baño tiene para secar la ropa en la ducha, nosotros nos apañamos para usarlo con unos tendederos que encontramos. esta cerca de la estacion pero dificil un poco de encontrarlo porque la estacion por debajo esta llena de puestos de comida, ropa y restaurantes, es el barrio coreano y todas las calles parecen iguales. De los 3 dias que pasamos alli solo el ultimo llegue a la primera al apartamento,sin dar vueltas y me oriento bien eh? Relacion calidad precio muy buena, por 50€ pareja noche. Hay un family mart cerquita.
Es un apartamento de 3 plantas con escaleras empinadas, espacios justos, no esperes estar a tus anchas. Nosotros fuimos 4 personas y bien.La casa esta en mi opinion un poco dificil de encontrar, se entra por un callejon trasero con el codigo que te manda el anfitrion justo el dia de entrada a las 15pm. Le debe patrocinar cocacola porque todo lo que tiene de la marca...no es normal..Hay que coger metro o tren para acercarse al centro.

家族旅行で利用しました。
部屋は清潔で、快適に過ごす事ができました。
3階のテレビは付けていないのですが、2階の寝室にもテレビがありYouTubeも見れたので子供達も楽しく滞在できました。
ロケーションも駅、コンビニ、駐車場が近くとても良かったです。
また利用したいです。
