Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il molo. Molto vicino ai principali punti di interesse. Sebbene una delle due camere non abbia finestre, dal soggiorno la vista è impagabile
la pulizia generale della casa è sicuramente un punto migliorabile.
