A very spacious villa with a great garden.

There was no dishwasher, and the kitchen was missing some basic utensils for meals, only small dessert forks were available, and just one knife. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but guests who plan to cook more might find it inconvenient. The pans also seemed quite worn.

The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The area is very nice and clean as well with beautiful views of the sea. Great place to stay.

My only suggestion of improvement would be for communication or a written process as far as checking in sent to the customer ahead. Being that it is an enclosed area it wasn’t clear on what we needed to do or where to go. Other than that everything was perfectly fine.

The apartment was clean and appears to have been recently renovated, offering good value for the price. The two bathrooms were a plus; however, one of them frequently flooded, making it unusable during our stay. There were exposed cables in one of the rooms, likely where a TV is planned, as well as some visible wiring in the outdoor area. The front door was also an issue — it wouldn’t close properly unless locked, which posed a security concern. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that paying by card would incur a 3.5% fee. I had sent a message two weeks before arrival asking whether it was better to pay by cash or card, but received no reply. Had I known, I would have withdrawn cash, though that would have resulted in international withdrawal fees. It’s also worth noting that there was no dishwasher. Overall, the apartment was adequate and served its purpose, but several aspects could definitely be improved.
