Tolle Lage, tolle Sicht, schöne großzügige Wohnung mit großem Balkon! Zusätzliche Beschattung wäre gut, evtl. durch einen Sonnenschirm oder Markise. Die Lage oben am Berg bedeutet, dass man entweder Auto fahren muss oder zu Fuß gehen muss oder mit dem Rad fahren muss. Zu Fuß und mit dem Rad ist anstrengend, weil steil, aber machbar.
