Absolutely awesome house, clean and very liveable. 4 of us traveled for work and it had everything we needed. Definitely a place I would stay at with the family.

Great property, home was clean and tidy. Everyting was perfect for my family. The pool was a plus for our stay! Attended a wedding at Yanchep National Park, location was perfect as it was only a 15min drive. Amberton Beach Restaurant was only a 5 min drive from the home. The host Mark was great! His communication was exceptional, very responsive. Would love to book here again when I am visiting Perth. Thank you Mark for a wonderful stay for me and my family!
Not a dislike, just a suggestion. Maybe having frosted glass windows in the Master Bedroom Bathroom or some kind of privacy blinds. Other than that, cannot fault the property. ☝🏾

A beautifully presented and furnished home in Alkimos! It had everything we needed. It was a bit pricy but if you compare it to renting a hotel room in the city for a family, it is totally worth it. Private pool and facilities nested in a family-friendly area, 10-minute walk to the beach! Beautiful artwork and plenty of parking.
For the price, the towels and coffee machine (with no pods) could do with an update to make it feel more luxurious! We love a morning coffee and had to adventure out to find a coffee shop in the mornings. The walls in the hallway could do with a paint. A key to the bar window leading to the outside area would have been nice.

Availability of swimming pool, entertainment room, large bathtub and fireplace.
The garage was not available as the door was faulty, no privacy screen in master bedroom toilet window and no door, the toilets do not drain fast enough leading to slight flooding after every shower, the swimming pool water wasn’t heated enough and was still cold, and no dryer available.
