The worst rental place and staff of my life!

It was clean, that is all!

The staff was very rude, I have never met more rude people in my life. The location was very bad, there was no signal, the fridge was not working for 8 days, the toilet seat was not attached, so you were not able to sit down. Every time I plugged in my phone to charge the electricity in the whole apartment would stop working, the neighbors had to plug in the main switch for the whole neighborhood. Don’t even try to turn on the stove, or boiler, washer or any 2 things at the same time because you wouldn’t have electricity because it is sooo old, from the last century. We were allowed to turn on the boiler only 30 minutes before you wanted to take a shower, so you had to wait every time for the water to heat up. The key was attached to the electricity key (purposely) that way the fridge and everything in the apartment wouldn’t work while you were not in the apartment. Everytime the electricity would stop working,they would attack us and threaten us, so we wouldn’t charge our phones or do anything, out of fear from them. You also don’t have your privacy because all the houses are connected to each other. You are surrounded with old neighbors, we were not able to sleep with the opened window because the neighbors were snoring so loud, it felt like they were in the same room with us. We came back home traumatized from these people and the place, we couldn’t wait to get home!!!

GreenWood Maisonette is a fairytale-like place where you can fully relax in the tranquility of the forest and the lush greenery. It was a fantastic and unexpected experience, and thank you for hosting us!

My main recommendation is to install a mosquito net in the upstairs bathroom window. This would allow the window to be kept open for better ventilation of the upstairs space.
