Muy buena ubicación. Muchas opciones de alimentación preparada local, a precios aceptables. Hay, además, un Carulla Express a aproximandamente un kilómetro, en el que se consigue de todo. El "centro" de Coveñas queda bastante lejos, pero es una vía en la que se puede conducir con mucho cuidado y en unos 15-20 minutos, tienes supermercados como ARA, droguerías más grandes, etc.
El edificio tiene unas pocas carpas ubicadas en la playa con mesas y sillas, que son bastante "luchadas" (los inquilinos o dueños las "apartan" desde la noche anterior con toallas, etc). No sería costoso adquirir más, u organizar unos turnos para su uso, como ocurre en otras partes. Valdría la pena adquirir, de todas maneras, unos muebles pequeños adicionales, que se puedan bajar del apartamento a la playa.
