房間，溫泉，和旅館內部裝潢都很好看，旅社人員也都很好，還會幫忙接送，服務人員會英文
唯一不喜歡的就是房間裡有椿象，雖然告示又說，但真的蠻多隻的，我們住一晚大概解決了5只，會怕蟲子的還是要自己斟酌

Hospitality at its best! Exceptional service by all staff! Above and beyond the call of duty, the staff went out of their way to provide impeccable service in all areas: arrival, reception, attention to detail, care and attention, assistance, warm service straight from the heart, and explaining everything with patience. Food served was of extraordinary standards and high quality. True hospitality is not about facilities , it’s about service straight from the heart. All other Ryokans should send their staff here for training and to learn true hospitality
