The apartment is lovely decorated and had a renovation not long ago. A really loved wooden floors and fluffy soft carpets - it's a pleasure to step barefoot. It has washing machine, stove and coffee machine. Having a parking near the building is convenient. The host provides you with remote control for barriers, so you can easily use the parking. It was only one night when we barely find a free slot (waited for someone to leave), other time has enough space. I really appreciate that the host leaves a lot of towels - thanks for that! The host - Antonio was very friendly. Our contact in advance, cause traveling by car and wasn't sure about the time of arrival. He met us. (I would highly recommend to prepare to meet guests in advance because we wrote during aprocing the city and right 5 minutes before arrival and were on time, but still had to wait, and blocking the barrier entrance so car behind us honked, which is a very uncomfortable situation). The host asks for a €200 cash deposit (covering both the house and the remote), which is fully refunded at checkout. Antonio provided us a lot of links of restaurants and at the beach.
The apartment didn't have air conditioning, and it was summer - we were forced to keep the windows open all night to be able to cool down a bit. And it was quite noisy from the streets (you can see the hightway from the window and a railway nearby), so I wasn't abled to get decent sleep during the stay. Also, the windows face nearby buildings, so needed to close the external blinds, otherwise you're on display for neighbors. The water pressure in the tap is quite weak. Because of this, taking a shower is not so pleasant and you have to wait until the water becomes warm. And taking a shower at the same time as running the washing machine is impossible - the water in the tap remains cold. There was no kettle in the apartment, so we were boiling water for tea in a pot on the stove (one morning the stove went crazy with random sounds, nonsense on displays and didn't work, so I had to call Antonio and unfortunately woke him up, he explains how to turn electricity off and on, and since then it worked correctly). The renovation is quite new and tasteful, but not everywhere is of good quality (I mentioned water, also the door handles in the toilet are falling out, there is only one outlet on each side of the bed - either a bedside light or phone charging, etc.). And it felt a bit like not fully prepared to invite guests - I found the leftovers in a fridge, some clothing and underwear in drawers. In a shower, there are shower products that are open and used. I mean it's good that it's not empty end you have something, but for those monies I expected it to be ether disposable set of shampoos, or refillable dispancer, but not a half used bottles. The neighborhood is rather dodgy: a lot of garbage on the streets, noisy and we saw a rat near next building, where we were parking our car. According to the map, it seems that the center is close on foot - but after we walked there once, I do not recommend walking there, it is better to use transport.

The apartment was cozy and clean. The host was super polite and friendly. He offered to drive us to the airport when we leave.
At this point there is no AC, and felt so hot at nights. You can open the windows but it doesn't help much. We had some problems with the hot water (it was easy to dissappear).
