Convenient Davao Getaway

Nice location and good design.

Does not provide water and coffee/tea. More expensive compared to other similar units in the same estate

everything! i love the bed and the rest room. the price is way much much better and affordable compared to a hotel stay. we've got 2 rooms and 2 bath! my sister who just came from the U.S said that this was a very good place compared to the condo's she rented. Walking distance to SM Davao and DGT!. and there are a lot of taxi's just outside. The AC's are so cool! It was even also very easy to get the keys. The towels and linens are like 5 star hotel and not cheap. Though I did not see Ms. Connie, it was very easy to communicate with her regarding my queries. This is a superb place! and worth the price.

Lovely comfortable furnishings - beds and sofas were hotel/home quality. Walkable to SM mall and some other nice restaurants. Hosts went out of their way to be helpful. They provided all the little things such as soaps/shampoo and the kitchenette was well equipped.
