Location, approx. 50 steps to quiet beach (we were there in May), parking, great beads and pillows, quiet street, neighbourhood.
Some soft cushions on the current chairs, Turkish coffee pot could be helpful, as long as some sugar, in the kitchen. Plastic dish drying rack (not only upper part) is needed. Also, swimsuit and towel dryer could be useful.

Terrazzo, vicinanza al mare e al paese. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Camere ampie. Attenzione alla testa x i soffitti spioventi!
Difficoltà a parcheggiare.Attenzione perché se parcheggi dove non è consentito, ti fanno portare via la macchina: trovato messaggio minatorio sul parabrezza dopo poco averla parcheggiata.. Spiaggia di sassi molto affollata. Un po’ fastidiose le voci dei vicini, ma sopportabili.
