Casa do Grotão - Turismo no Espaço Rural - Alojamento Rural

A minha estadia na Casa do Grotão foi simplesmente inesquecível. Fui recebido com enorme simpatia e atenção pelas anfitriãs, que me fizeram sentir verdadeiramente em casa. A localização é fantástica, com uma vista deslumbrante e tranquila sobre o mar, de onde se pode ver nascer o sol e a lua. O alojamento é confortável, acolhedor e transmite a autenticidade da ilha do Pico. Um detalhe muito especial foram as pequenas surpresas e presentes deliciosos que me deixaram ao longo da semana, um gesto de hospitalidade que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo vivamente a quem procura descanso, beleza natural e um acolhimento genuíno nos Açores.

Much as we would like to keep this a secret, Casa do Grotão is an absolute gem! It's beautifully restorated, comfortable and exceptionally well located in the most beautiful and least busy part of the island. Dona Zita, the host, is just wonderful and pampered us with little goodies and fresh eggs from her farm during our stay at the house. Nearby are some of the most beautiful swimming holes of all the island, and it's just a five minute ride by car to charming Lajes.

Geheel bestaat uit 2 verblijven, een groot vakantiehuis en een los bijgebouw. Wij verbleven in, het bijgebouw, ruim voldoende en met eigen badkamer en kleine keuken waar je niet kunt koken. Uitzicht is geweldig, direct over zee. Verblijf is brandschoon en de host zijn fenomenaal, zeer gastvrij, komen soms langs met locale produkten en bij aankomst stond er een mandje met produkten uit de regio. Echt een top ervaring.
