Good heater, clean bathroom, nice and efficient AC., comfy beds. Staff on call all the time, efficient in meeting requests, sorting out problems.

While the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were a few areas that I believe could be improved: Accuracy of Listings: The photos and descriptions on Booking.com were not fully reflective of the apartment we booked. For example, the listing mentioned the possibility of self-catering, but our apartment had only a single hob stove and no dining table, sparse cutlery, not many plates or glasses (which were supplied upon request), this impacted our ability to fully enjoy the space. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Unfortunately, we encountered a rat on the premises, as well as rat droppings on the couch. While we understand that this can sometimes happen, it did significantly affect our comfort and the overall experience. A more thorough cleaning and pest control protocol would go a long way in ensuring that future guests feel safe and comfortable. Wardrobe Space: There was no wardrobe space in the bedrooms, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. This was particularly challenging during our stay, especially with the rat issue, as we kept everything packed in our suitcases. Adding clarity about storage options or providing adequate space in the rooms could make a big difference for guests planning longer stays. Communication Between Teams: While the staff was quick to offer us an alternative apartment with a dining table, it seems there may have been a disconnect between the marketing team and the team on the ground. Ensuring better communication between these teams could help avoid discrepancies between what’s advertised and what’s available. Overall, the property has potential, and the staff were genuinely helpful and eager to assist. With some updates to the listing details, improved cleanliness, and better communication, I believe it could be a great place to stay.
