- gezellige gîte, mooi en met smaak ingericht. - gezellige open haard (veel hout beschikbaar) - gezellige keuken / eetplaats met een mooie volhouten tafel. - gerieflijk ingericht keuken met genoeg borden, glazen en bestek. Een koelkast, afwasmachine, microgolf en gewone oven. - bijkeuken met extra koelkast en diepvries en een wasmachine. - mooi ingerichte kamers - comfortabele gedekte bedden met mooi en fris gewassen beddengoed. - badkamer met een inloopdouche. - aangename buren - bakker en lekkere beenhouwer in de buurt.
- enkele basis kookbenodigdheden ontbraken (zoals een klopper) - een extra middelgrote kookpot was handig geweest - koffiezet zou volgens ons ontkalkt moeten worden. (Wel Senseo). - waterkoker viel niet automatisch uit als het water begon te koken. - er was geen aansteker of lucifers om de open haard aan te steken.
