This property was 100% suitable for our purpose, being a party of 7 family members, all from Australia. The proximity to Saint Lary Soulan and Piau Engaly made it possible to access snow, for some of us, for the very first time. The beds and living space were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms (2 of) were also clean and modern. The owner had also decorated the place with some Christmas ornaments, which was a lovely touch.
Linen was optional / not provided, which was fine, however this also seemed to mean that there were no tea towels or dishwashing liquid, although there were plenty of cooking tools, crockery, glassware and cutlery. A dishwasher was also provided. It didn't make sense to us, to NOT provide hand dishwashing options to clean up some of the kitchenware, which should be hand washed, e.g. knives with wooden handles. The bedroom walls are not soundproof!
