Location was great and a nice cafe across the road

I asked to adjust dates by one day and was told the apartment was not booked and available but they refused. I run short-stays and I always accommodate guest requests like that. Coffee machine didn’t work and shower didn’t drain properly. Also quite noisy.

Great location - very cozy, comfy bed and pleasant amenities

A slight smell of smoke in the property, but you could tell they had worked hard to get rid of this.

I really liked the location. I also thought the apartment was cute, and the ceiling very high, which made the place feel spacious. The bed was also very comfortable.

Firstly, I already mentioned this to the host, but I was not able to open the main entrance door because the key gets jammed if you don't introduce it in a specific way. I got stuck outside for 15 minutes (thank god the neighbour in Floor 3 was kind enough to open the door for me). I tried to call the host but they did not pick up my phone and then sent me a message saying that please only to message them, not to call, which I found ridiculous given how urgent the situation was. Why is there a phone available if you're not going to use it? Secondly, the painting next to the bed is a bit irky. Please consider another painting for future clients as it is very odd to have hanged a painting of two very young girls naked... as a 25 year old girl, I felt a bit creeped out staying there, not gonna lie. I've uploaded a picture of the painting so you understand what I mean. But even my sister that saw the painting told me that was weird. It was giving PDF vibes... There are so many paintings in the world, why this one? Especially weird to place it in an airbnb for your clients to see... Thirdly, the place was a bit noisy at night (and also early in the morning, you can hear vans taking things outside etc). Thank god you offered earbuds because it was tricky to sleep at night without them.
