La ubicación y que todo ws muy nuevo y espacioso.
Cono viajero extranjero el peoceso de pago deberia ser mas facil con Paypal o un link de pago facil, internacional. A mi me enviaron el link y fue facil pero a otras personas con las que coincidi, alemanas ain idea de Español les enviaron un link de una empresa local que no les permitia pagar.. Mi recomendación esa que libk de pago Paypal sea automatico para extrajneros

Muy buena ubicación cerca de dos Centros Comerciales agradables. Seguro. Limpio e instalaciones modernas. El equipamiento de las habitaciones muy bueno. Es dentro de un edificio de seniors, para mí no hizo diferencia, es más, aprecié la tranquilidad.
Al no ser un hotel como tal, no se hace limpieza diaria, para mí no hizo diferencia, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta. Usas el ascensor de servicio y en ocasiones está ocupado repartiendo alimentos/bajando desechos.

La ubicacion y la atencion de las personas en porteria, todos muy amables y gentiles
La limpieza no me agrado, habia polvo em los cajones del closet , esos dias estuvieron muy frios en medellin y en la habitacion no habia manta para abrigarse
