Perfect location, very quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the nearby tube station and shops/pubs. The house was quite spacious, clean and everything we needed was available. Quick response from the owners whenever we asked them something, so the communication was great. Comfortable beds too. Perfect for when you want to stay in for a bit as well.

The bathroom really needs a bit of a renovation. The damage in the bathtub and the walls makes it look a bit dirty. There was no toilet roll holder, and it all looked a bit outdated. Which is a shame, because the rest of the house was very neat. And this is nitpicking, but the TV was very high up on the wall. It's more comfortable watching it when it's standing on the shelf for example.

Location

Overall the property was well presented. However there are areas in need of TLC which spoilt the overall impression. The bathroom desperately needs attention and lets the property down. The enamel bath was badly chipped, had been touched up in the past and this had worn off. The old tiling had been covered over and this as well had a hole in it and had discoloured grout and sealant. There was also mould generally throughout the bathroom and peeling paint.
