En lo positivo, muchos medios de prevención: Botiquín, extintor y Manta Apagafuegos.
Pequeños defectos de instalación (wáter que traga mal, cierre de ventanal que no cierra y mala instalación de alcachofa de ducha) El exterior del apartamento está muy dejado y sin iluminación.

Schoon, aardige en behulpzame host, vlakbij leuk plaatsje Santa Barbara de Nexe. Eenvoudig, maar had zo goed als alles voor (langer) verblijf. Fijn terras met uitzicht op Faro en in de verte de zee. Van de snelweg, die nu drukker is weinig last, alleen wel als je ‘s nachts met open schuifdeur wil slapen. Goed bed en leuk ingericht. Eenvoudig maar praktisch
Ingewikkelde afstandsbediening(en) voor TV, duidelijke uitleg in Engels zou voor velen helpen of 1 universele afstandsbediening. Slechte doorvoer toilet Zouden meer glazen en bekers mogen zijn, dan ook minder verbruik van vaatwasser. Handdoeken heel groot en zacht, maar zelfs na wassen bleven ze witte pluisjes afgeven. Bij verblijf van meer dan een week, zou wisseling van beddengoed en handdoeken fijn zijn. Het kan wel gewassen worden, maar niet op tijd gedroogd. Rondom het gebouw weinig onderhoud door gemeente en vereniging van eigenaren. Trap naar studio schoon, maar plafond in trapgat mag meer aandacht hebben qua stof en spinnenwebben.
