電停が近く、アーケード街まで二駅と言う好立地。隣に安いコインパーキングもありクルマで来るにも便利。 部屋はきれいで快適。私は泊まって寝るだけの予定であったことから全く問題なく、価格もお手頃で助かりました。
特に見当たりませんでした。

Practically everything.
I was a bit put off by the lengthy generic emails and messages with extensive warnings on what will happen and how much they will charge me if I make a slightest mistake (leave too much trash, fail to come or leave at the designated time, fail to clean the cuttlery etc...). I understand that visitors from all over the world might have different standards of "clean" and "on time", but it was tiring to read through wads of paragraphs to get to important information every single time.

バスターミナルからも近いしスーパーやコンビニも近い！
清掃料金が組み込まれているはずなのに、清掃に対するルールが多かったかなと。
