The room is clean, curtains in the best modern Chinese guesthouses in mainland China, for example Chengdu. Privacy, comfy bed, Ashley is really helpful and attentive as well as his husband. The balcony is furnished to relax for a while. The neighborhood feels safe. Dogs are friendly. The common areas are cleaned many times a day.
It needs more cutlery in the kitchen. A curfew after 11 PM or 12 AM to allow some rest to the guests.

It was a quiet location, but could have improved the bathroom, and the toilet, It is found to be leaking at the time of my stay behind the toilet I guess
I think in general the property was nice and good with only few improvements needed.
