Tharan Villa - House in Colombo

This is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, your own place with a beautiful swimming pool to cool down. Very spacious garden with plenty of space. Inside the Villa is also spacious with a large kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Large lounge area with plenty chairs and sofa’s to sit on. Also comes with an 8 seater dining room table. The house comes with 4 double bedrooms, all of them are very comfortable and spacious. You also have your own driveway to park 4 car’s if you want with locked gates

The fact that the place was pet friendly. Not many places offer that.

When a villa is rented out all my life I had paid for the villa and NOT a head count. The villa should be for ourselves with NO restrictions. Also, the sense of communication of the owner was not at all customer friendly or welcoming. I booked this villa to celebrate my husband's birthday and I had confirmed my pax number and did mention that an additional two may come and it was NOT confirmed. I also told them that I would pay the per pax amount if they do show up. But the owner updated booking.com without even confirming or asking me. That was quite unprofessional and upsetting. I think they should be more flexible and welcoming with regards to communication. At the end of the day we did pay for our visit and did not demand anything for free. As soon as we arrived to the villa this bitter experience happned and that was NOT required from the owner. I also wanted to contact the owner but she didnt even respond to that. Communication should definitely improve.
