The check process was very easy and to me that was essential. When you are travel with family. Both ladies were nice, and it was really busy, they handled all guest with grace. The beach was clean, there was so much for the children to do and the adults. From the bar, to shopping, arcade, pools, and the protection that the resort offered.
One of the bathroom tubs was dirty, it had pubic hairs in the bathtub. Overall the bathroom was fine.
