Location and parking was very convenient. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the door code being reset
Did not know thermostat was not in unit but host was quick to adjust AC temperature remotely

Great location in Montclair, all-new, clean little studio. Great Wifi and easy check-in with host.
Note that if you're someone who needs windows and a view to the outside, this is a basement apartment. It also has low ceilings; I was perfectly fine at 5'4", but my 6'1" husband was not.
