Quiet good sized home but not clean enough

Quiet location and a lot of space for the money. Had a big smart TV which was great for watching films as a family There were some basics like salt, pepper, spices and oil in cupboard which was really useful. Communication with the owner was good.

It could have been cleaner - shower curtain had some mould, oven was dirty, some pans had a layer of grease on them and we felt we needed to wash anything before we used it. The towels were very clean and fresh but the only t-towel we found smelt dirty and looked like it had been used to clean the floor. The bedding was clean I think but it didn’t smell fresh - a bit like it had been kept in a musty cupboard. The beds were a bit soft for me (but I do need a firmer mattress so they’re probably fine for most people). There were only 3 cereal spoons and 2-3 teaspoons - would suggest at least double that for a place that sleeps 4-5 people. The heating was difficult to get right - there is just one temp control and you can’t adjust individual radiators so if the living room was just warm enough the bedrooms were much too hot. The shower room needs refitting - the shower tray in particular is very old/tatty and small. It would also be good to have a proper large bath mat for the floor rather than a folded towel. And a proper mat for the back door (again, rather than a folded towel).

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and even after cleaner came next day, shower outlet still grubby and wouldn’t empty because clogged. Overall , property is dirty and tatty . Dirty floors and fittings. Cobwebs and grubby . everywhere. Musty smell off bedding. Property , bedding , utensils , fittings definitely needs an overhaul.

Four non fonctionnel et sale, pas assez de couverts, vaisselle pas propre, 1 petite salle d'eau difficile d'accès, manque de fermeté de la literie, pas de volets occultants...

Très mauvaise expérience à Bray

Gare à 20min à pied, autoroute à 5min en voiture.

Absence d'accueil par le propriétaire (self-checking). Salle de bains ressemblant à un cagibi insalubre, sentant le moisi et que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée. Literie non confortable, draps usés et serviettes de toilette humides. Linge sale et nauséabond stocké dans un placard. Salon sale (couche de poussière sous et sur les meubles). Buanderie à côté d'une cuve de fioul totalement insalubre. Quartier sans intérêt. Doléances non prises en compte par le propriétaire. Inacceptable compte tenu du prix exigé.

Acollidor millorable

La cuina estava ben equipada i el menjador petit, però acollidor. Sala d'estar gran. Ben situat, a prop de llocs d'interès de Wicklow i a prop de la platja.

L'apartament estava descuidat. Sensació de poc net. La primera sensació va ser que no s'havien fet correctament els llits. perquè no estaven ben fets i la roba de llit estava molt arrugada i gastada (segurament de posar-la directament de l'assecadora). Lavabo justet i a planta baixa, lluny de les habitacions.
