A comfortable, two-level apartment featuring a small private garden area and an upstairs balcony. The keys were handed over in person at a pre-arranged time. We turned on the air conditioning for an hour or so in the evening to freshen up the air, but with the blinds drawn, the apartment didn't really heat up—even when temperatures reached 30°C in the afternoon. There is a king-size double bed upstairs, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that is suitable for an average-sized adult. The bathroom is a highlight of the apartment: spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, spices, tea, and coffee (we even replenished the coffee supply ourselves). The entire apartment is lovely, featuring elegant and cozy design elements. Transport links are excellent; the La Défense and Esplanade de la Défense stations are within a 15–20 minute walk, and the former is also accessible by bus. The neighborhood is safe and has a pleasant, small-town feel, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.

We were missing handles and pulls from the inside doors and kitchen cabinets, but we got used to it. There is relatively little space to unpack from the suitcase; the upstairs bedroom has a unit with hanging space and shelves, but in the living room, you have to dress directly out of your suitcase. However, these are not significant downsides compared to the positives mentioned above.

Modern, spacious, great design and layout, great location, great communication.

Small missing details like a coat rack, limited space for clothes, the laundry machine drying feature was not super effective.

This location is a perfect spot for a short or long stay. It offers a feeling of home and is extremely comfortable. Close to transit and many great restaurants.

There are no real drawbacks unless you don't like having extra space and a place to relax.
