The flat was spacious had everython you could ask for , Bed very comfortable and amazingly in the hot week was somewhat cooler as it wasn’t in direct sunlight … Bathroom was very nice

Parking can be an issue , on the first night I was lucky and managed to park very close but 2nd night I had to park much further away from the flat location which wasn’t great . The local Morrisons daily is closing so no viable local shop but you do have shops a very short car journey away along with takeaways

Everything! A beautiful large apartment with own outside bistro table and chairs. Lovely kitchen and dining area with everything thought of. Great location in Malvern Wells; very quiet and peaceful.

We arrived later than expected due to bad weather and hold ups on the journey. If you like a cuppa after a long journey make sure you bring a pint of milk with you as there are no welcome provisions on arrival. Sadly the property was quite dirty. The oven was dirty and the grill tray had food debris on it, so we had to clean this before we could use it. The microwave had been used and not cleaned as there was old food debris in it and the carpets had not been hoovered. Wi-Fi connectivity is very poor. The TV did not work. When we approached the owners the lady was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point of considering leaving early. Our weekend was about relaxation so when we came back to the apartment to watch a rugby game in the afternoon, to be advised to watch it on our telephone was a bit rubbish really.
