The hotel's location near Heritage Hospital was very convenient. It was an ideal place for my 78-year-old mother to stay while my 82-year-old father underwent surgery, making it easier for her to support him and manage her own needs.
The stairs were not very convenient for elderly guests, making access a bit difficult. Additionally, there was a noticeable cooking smell, particularly from vegetable oil, in the lobby and common areas while entering and leaving the hotel, likely because the property operates as both a restaurant and a hotel.
