Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr geräumiges Apartment, besonders groß ist das Wohnzimmer. Großes Panoramafenster mit Blick aus der 3. Etage auf den Yachthafen und den „Paravent“. Schmaler aber zum Sitzen ausreichender Balkon (Südseite). Praktische Möblierung, gut ausgestattete offene Küche. Bad und Toilette getrennt. Gutes Wifi, TV mit deutschen Programmen. Nah am Hafen, am Strand und zur Stadtmitte.
Modriger Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Zeitweise sehr stark. Beeinträchtigt diese Bewertung um einen Punkt. Um das Doppelbett herum ist es am Fußende sehr eng. Kein Fön vorhanden.

Location. Clear instructions on how to do the check in.
There was an issue with the sink in toilet, that caused bad smell all over the apartment. I did not appreciate the check in at 17.00, and a need to pay for any anticipated arrival. There are still some left overs from the renovation.
