Apartment OK for 2 people if this is the area of the city you want to be in

This apartment was ok, but I would not stay here again unless I had a reason to be in this area of the city and there were no other options. The good of the apartment is that it was clean, the main bed is comfortable, it is furnished very modern inside, and there is good parking for a car. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, and the host provides the building door open/close and apartment door open/close via an app, which worked well for us. We only stayed 1 night so it was good enough for us. We walked to/from dinner in the city center and everything seemed safe to walk. This apartment has air conditioning that worked very well.

We did not contact the owner for any of these things, because nothing was wrong that could be fixed quickly. The areas of concern might be based on how much you know of the area and what you are looking for in an apartment: 1. The apartment building location seemed concerning upon arrival. The upkeep around the buildings was not as nice as we are used to, and was not a good first impression. (Note - It turned out to be OK, but there might be better options if you don't care exactly where you are located around the city). 2. On exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, there were no lights in the hallway. We had to use our phone light to see the door numbers to find the apartment. The lights triggered after a few seconds of us walking, but it took too long. 3. Upon entering the apartment, it had a strong cleaning smell, and we had to open windows, and it was very hot outside, so that made the apartment hot. The air conditioning was able to cool it back down, but we would not have needed to open windows if the smell was not there. 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult. My 22 yr old son, who had been traveling Europe with friends for 3 weeks before he met with us, and staying in hostels and other low-cost apartments, said the bed was the worst one. The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The main bed was good though - so if you don't need to use the sofa bed, this would not be an issue.

Procedura check in con il self check in oscena! Apertura portone giu e porta su sempre con il cellulare..se esci ed hai cel scarico sei fregato! Ascensore nascosto e fronte entrata c'è montacarichi e non è specificato.

Come a casa

L’appartamento è stato perfetto! Mi sono trovata benissimo con tutto: era tutto nuovo ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Mi sentivo davvero come a casa mia. Anche la cucina era super attrezzata, piena di tutto il necessario. Il check-in automatico senza chiavi è stato comodissimo. I caloriferi erano spenti, ma c’era il condizionatore caldo e potevo regolare la temperatura come preferivo. Davvero complimenti, hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro nel sistemare così bene questo appartamento! In più, la posizione per quello che dovevo fare io era perfetta, fuori dal centro ma comunque molto comoda.

L’unica piccola nota negativa, che comunque non dipende dai proprietari, sono i vicini del piano di sopra: soprattutto il secondo giorno hanno fatto un po’ di rumore. Nulla di grave però, il riposo è stato comunque possibile, sono solo io ad avere l’udito molto sviluppato e mi danno parecchio fastidio i rumori!

Ottimo alloggio, appartamento nuovo, pulito, spazioso e confortevole

Con la chiave digitale è stato facilissimo entrare. Ho apprezzato la dimensione dell'alloggio, il fatto che fosse nuovo, curato e pulito. Inoltre la cucina era ben equipaggiata (microonde, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè) e il leggo era molto confortevole.

Avrei apprezzato la chiave vera una volta entrata perchè mi avrebbe dato più l'idea di sicurezza.

Come accennato anche da altri utenti ASSOLUTAMENTE da cambiare il divano letto, estremamente scomodo , delle due notti soggiornate alla seconda, in piena notte mi sono alzato per i dolori alla schiena.
