Het appartement is weliswaar klein, maar gezellig ingericht en erg schoon. Het is groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Het matras van het 2-persoonsbed is prima stevig. Er waren verrassend veel spullen in de keuken aanwezig. De woonbuurt is rustig (wij waren er 10 dagen begin april). Een middelgrote supermarkt ligt op 6 minuten loopafstand en een goed betaalbaar restaurant vlak om de hoek op de boulevard. De auto parkeerden we gratis in de straat. Wat onze host Zhanna betreft, zij is erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We hebben haar een paar keer nodig gehad. De communicatie verliep heel soepel.
